Travis Mullaney focuses his practice on construction, government contract, and surety litigation. He represents contractors, owners, subcontractors and sureties in all aspects of public and private development projects.
Travis joined WTHF as a first year associate after having clerked for the firm as a summer associate. During law school, Travis clerked at a civil litigation firm working on a broad range of matters involving medical malpractice, civil rights, and bankruptcy issues. He also served as a teaching assistant, tutoring both international LLM and first year law students in legal research and writing technique. Before law school, Travis worked as a legal assistant in two different DC law firms specializing in energy law.
