Steven's practice includes general contract litigation, with a focus on government contracts, complex construction litigation and suretyship law. He has assisted clients with drafting contract documents and negotiating settlement agreements as well as preparing and defending claims including delays, differing site conditions, and defective plans and specifications.
Steven is also engaged in a federal government contracts practice, which includes preparing claims, advising clients on regulatory issues and representing clients before boards of contract appeals.
Representative projects include power plants, embassies, water facilities, tunnels, bridges, historic buildings, condominiums, industrial buildings and schools.
