Rob Barbour's practice includes all aspects of general contract litigation, with a focus on complex construction litigation, government contracts and suretyship law. His experience includes preparing, analyzing and litigating complex construction claims; preparing and negotiating contract documents; handling a broad range of issues related to construction bonds and litigation before various tribunals, including federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Representative projects include high-rise developments, federal courthouses, wastewater treatment facilities, public housing projects, major renovation and restoration of historic buildings, locks and dams, sports arenas, oil refineries, and a number of large default terminations.
