Rick Mann focuses on both commercial and government contract matters and has litigated in numerous domestic and international forums. He represents contractors, suppliers, sureties and owners in a wide variety of construction and commercial matters. His practice includes the preparation, review and negotiation of contract documents, the provision of advice concerning contract administration and the preparation, evaluation, negotiation and litigation of claims.
Among his more important engagements are an international arbitration involving a Saudi construction project; a federal lawsuit pertaining to a coal gas pipeline; an administrative hearing concerning a default termination of a government contract; and state civil actions involving the dismantlement of an ammonia plant in Mississippi for export to Pakistan, the Miller Park baseball stadium in Milwaukee, and a coal processing plant in Wyoming. Additionally, he has lectured internationally on construction and government contract issues.
