Rachel Farrer focuses her practice on construction litigation, government contracts, and suretyship, representing contractors, owners, subcontractors and sureties in all aspects of public and private development projects.
Before joining WTHF, Rachel clerked for the firm as a summer associate
.
During law school she served as an intern with a non-profit organization to provide pro bono legal services to the senior citizens of the District of Columbia. Prior to law school Rachel worked as a paralegal for the international trade and customs practice group at a law firm in the District of Columbia.
