Mary focuses her practice on real estate transactions, primarily concentrating on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, including the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of commercial office and retail properties. She has significant experience in negotiating and drafting a wide range of transactional documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents and other real estate related agreements.
Before joining Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, Mary practiced for several years with a Los Angeles law firm in their real estate and land use practice group. Mary played professional basketball in Europe before attending law school.
