Jason Muncey focuses his practice on construction litigation and government contracts. His experience includes handling all aspects of complex commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation. Jason has represented owners, contractors and subcontractors in variety of construction law matters in state and federal courts, as well as various forms of alternative dispute resolution. Jason has also advised contractors on compliance with federal and state regulations, claims preparation and avoidance, and is experienced in negotiating and drafting construction contracts
