Heather joined the office of Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald as a first year associate in 2009 after having clerked for the firm as a summer associate. Before joining WTHF, Heather also clerked for a plaintiffs' firm in Virginia, gaining experience in all aspects of litigation. Heather focuses her practice on construction, surety, and government contracts.
