David Nolte focuses his practice on construction litigation, government contracts, and suretyship, representing contractors, owners, subcontractors and sureties in all aspects of public and private development projects.
Before joining WTHF, David clerked for the firm as a summer associate. During law school, he clerked at the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia and was a student attorney at the University of Maryland's Civil Rights of Persons with Disabilities Clinic. Prior to law school, David worked as a litigation paralegal at a New York law firm.
