Since 1985, Dana Forhan has assisted WTHF attorneys in the preparation and organization of construction claims and the organization and maintenance of large-scale document cases. She has been actively involved in all phases of the discovery process including the preparation and response to interrogatories, document requests, trial briefs, and the factual analysis of documents and testimony.
Dana has assisted in trials, international arbitrations, and administrative hearings. Additional responsibilities have included the interviewing, hiring and training of paralegals, the management, supervision, and evaluation of project assistants, and the drafting and editing of domestic and international construction seminar manuals and articles.
In 1999, she moved to California to assume the role of Office Administrator of the WTHF Irvine office. Currently, she manages all day-to-day operations of that office including recruiting, human resources, staff supervision, and overseeing the local office information systems.
