Colin Smith's practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions and real estate-related contracts. He has substantial experience with a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on the acquisition, sale and financing of office buildings, and the drafting and negotiation of office lease agreements. Additionally, as a general counsel to a parking management company, he has acquired specific expertise with the leasing and operation of parking facilities.
His clients include landlords and developers, property management and leasing companies, general contractors, parking management companies, construction managers, and commercial mortgage brokers, as well as varied private and governmental entities that own and lease real property.
