Carter Reid's practice encompasses the full breadth of private and public construction law. He represents clients in the drafting and negotiation of contracts; the administration of project obligations; and the preparation, prosecution and defense of claims. He also has extensive experience in surety-related matters giving him an experienced, educated perspective on all aspects of construction law. Skilled in mediations, arbitrations, jury trials and bench proceedings, Carter has represented contractors, owners and sureties in a wide variety of construction matters before boards, tribunals, arbitration panels, and state and federal courts throughout the United States.
