Adam Tuckman focuses his practice on suretyship, construction, and government contracts law. He has assisted clients in disputes before courts, boards and arbitrators arising from several types of projects, including highways, bridges, tunnels, public transit systems, and residential buildings. Adam has also assisted in drafting and negotiating contracts, and provided advice in the contract administration process.
