Adam focuses his practice on construction litigation, surety law and government contracts. He has represented owners, sureties, general contractors, and subcontractors throughout the United States on a wide range of public and private construction projects, including bridges, roads, power plants, professional sports facilities, marine construction, commercial office buildings, and schools. Adam has assisted clients with payment and performance bond claims, drafting and negotiating contract documents, subrogation issues, mechanic's liens, contract administration and termination, and preparation and defense of claims relating to delays, changes, differing site conditions, defective plans and specifications, latent defects, acceleration, and lost productivity.
Prior to joining WTHF in 2006, Adam clerked for the firm as a summer associate. Before law school, Adam was a labor assistant for a home remodeling company where he assisted in all phases of construction projects.
