WTHF Is Now Building Solutions From Its New Office In Seattle, Washington

WTHF announces the opening of its new office in Seattle, Washington to serve the Pacific Northwest. The new office is located in the office building at 1215 Fourth Avenue, Suite 2210, Seattle, Washington 98161. Phone: (206) 204-5800.

We selected Seattle as the site of our newest expansion because:

  • Seattle is a promising business hub for the state of Washington and the Pacific Northwest, giving our Seattle based attorneys more opportunity and closer proximity to our clients now and in the future throughout the geographic region.
  • Washington state ranks as one of the larger markets for sureties in the United States and when combined with neighboring Oregon, Idaho and Alaska, is the fifth largest market for sureties in the country.
  • A number of WTHF’s clients are headquartered or have a major presence in Seattle.

We are pleased that Todd Blischke and Chris Wright will be our first resident attorneys in the Seattle office.  Todd, a partner, coming from WTHF’s Irvine, California office, brings eleven years of experience counseling and litigating on behalf of contractors and sureties.  Todd received his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, Malibu, California, in 1999.  Todd is currently a member of the California Bar and District of Columbia Bars.  His Washington Bar application is pending.  Chris, a partner, brings fourteen years of experience representing contractors and sureties involved in projects in Washington, California, Idaho, Alaska, Oregon, Montana, Texas, Florida and Virginia.  Chris received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle, Washington, in 1996 and is a member of the Washington and Oregon Bars.   Chris was selected to  Super Lawyers  as one of Washington’s Rising Stars for the years 2004-2009.

WTHF’s Seattle office attorneys join our other attorneys in the Irvine and San Francisco, California and Las Vegas, Nevada office to broaden our presence and our capacity in the Western United States.
