The San Francisco office is proud to announce the addition of a new partner, Joseph Moore, P.E.  Joe comes to WTHF with extensive experience in litigation and negotiating and drafting contracts, supported by a strong engineering background.  He received his J.D. in 1997 from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1991 from the University of California, Davis.

WTHF's Washington DC Metro office welcomes Heather Stangle as a first year associate.  Heather was a summer associate for the firm and already has litigation experience.  She received her B.A. from the University of Maryland in 2006 and earned her J.D. this year from the William and Mary School of Law.
