To give transportation design and construction industry professionals the information they need to become familiar with common legal and regulatory challenges, we are hosting our 3rd Annual Transportation Construction Law & Regulatory Forum, April 6-7 at the ARTBA headquarters in Washington, D.C.

The program will cover a broad range of issues that could be faced on a transportation project, including: contracting issues, risk management, environmental regulations, construction claims and issues related to public-private partnerships.
